My adventures in domesticity.
What a perfect final make for JJ :) Love the ocelot print and this pattern is just so figure flattering - I can see why it's a fav of yours.
AAA!!!! I love it with the sleeves blocked like that. A+
What a beautiful top!
The color-blocked top is so flattering on you. Looking forward to seeing what else you make with that print, too! I know it will be amazing.
Katie you WIN at Jungle January. Maybe we should have a Jungle June so that we can have more animal print fun.
You have created a wild wardrobe this month, not only for yourself, but even Barbie!!!! Great top.
You've had the best Jungle January makes! I love this one too! I almost made the same shirt with the same ocelot fabric. I ended up making a color blocked skirt with it instead (I'm trying to get it hemmed before tomorrow). Now I have to see if I have enough of the ocelot left to make a Penny Pinafore.
You certainly are the undisputed queen of the jungle - I'm impressed not only with how much you but how much jungle print in different iterations you have in your stash!
You and Myra have had a great Jungle January! I love princess seamed styling, and this Penny Pinafore pattern really works well for you!
You have made some winners this month! I love this make, it's very sophisticated. I finally sewed and blogged my jungle january gunmetal. More animal prints!!
You are so fabulous. I have really been enjoying all of your Jungle January makes. This is another fabulous hit!
Thanks! It's been a super fun month!
Thank you!! I LOVE your gunmetal! The zebra cuffs are such a great touch.
Thank you! I do love a good princess seam...
Thanks! I tend to buy animal prints for the sake of themselves. :) What, a zebra print? Get in my shopping cart.
:) Thank you! It's been a fun month. I'm really glad I bought extra of this ocelot print. It's so pretty! Bet it makes a lovely skirt.
Thanks! Barbie is really making out around here! :)
Yes please! Also Ferocious February, Manic March, Animal April... MOAR animal prints!!
Thank you! I love those princess seams. They are so pretty!
Seriously. So glad I cut it that way this time. I like the non-apron look... #sewdontclean
Thanks! Such a great pattern. It's so easy to wear.
Aw, thanks Katie! The cuffs were supposed to be in the teal fabric but since it was eeeevil, the zebra print fabric came in handy.
