I just don't think it will work for me. But it is hard to resist! It could be cute with a belt too.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-296724601340557264.post-27272142338821217392011-08-03T19:56:59.009-04:002011-08-03T19:56:59.009-04:00I'm glad you say this as I look at it and thin...I'm glad you say this as I look at it and think too boxy and shapeless. I think it's the fabric that makes the versions look great. I thought I was the only one. Even though I can't wear yellow; I really like your fabric.Summer Flieshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17092393256871735567noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-296724601340557264.post-22849336444277622122011-08-03T17:31:39.067-04:002011-08-03T17:31:39.067-04:00There are some lovely versions of this about, but ...There are some lovely versions of this about, but I had the same thoughts as you when I saw the pattern - not for me. I think it would need a lot of darts before it looks right on anyone with a fuller bust and a small waist. You will be re-drafting the whole pattern! Maybe a belt could save it.kbencohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00885068563358776147noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-296724601340557264.post-87645885792855283442011-08-03T13:42:21.400-04:002011-08-03T13:42:21.400-04:00I did a muslin of this too. I don't think I'll be making a wearable version because, ultimately, I don't think I like that pleat on me. Lots of great versions out there though!Big in Japanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12646004059769944464noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-296724601340557264.post-72094381885856229592011-08-03T12:47:05.226-04:002011-08-03T12:47:05.226-04:00I to like the idea of this top more than the actua...I to like the idea of this top more than the actual result that would appear on my body.
